Material Types

In natural fibers, manila rope and non-oiled sisal are available for animal-friendly uses such as scratching posts.

Synthetic fiber rope including polyester, Dacron, nylon, Dyneema, and Spectra are suitable for most marine dock lines and running rigging applications.

1 x 19 Stainless steel wire rope is available for marine standing rigging such as shrouds and stays.

7 x 19 Stainless steel wire rope is used for architectural applications such as deck and stairway rungs and railings. 7 x 19 wire rope can also be used in marine applications for wire-to-rope halyards.

PVC-coated stainless steel wire rope is used for boat lifelines.

Rigging Services

We offer many types of splices including eye splices, locking eye splices, back splices, end-to-end constant diameter splices, long splices, and tail splices. If you require a splice not listed here, please contact us.
